Exercise Band and Ball Workout
Perform each set three times before moving to the next set. Rest 1 minute between each set.
Lateral Raise with Band
Overhead Press with Band
Pushup on Exercise Ball
Chest Press with Band
Triceps Kickback with Band
Bicep Curl with Band

Abductor Squeeze with Ball (Seriously creepy exercise videos so: Lie on back with knees bent. Lift feet so legs form 90 degree angle. Place exercise ball between knees. Squeeze legs together. Repeat.)

This is a perfect on-the-road or on vacation workout! I’m bringing my band with me for our Thanksgiving trip down south so I can keep up with my weight workouts around the bites of pumpkin pie. 😀
This is also a pretty simple workout. The great thing about working out with an exercise band is that the workout is as hard as you make it. You can really push yourself by shortening the band or loosen it up if need be. The same goes for the ball—it’s as intense as you make it!
