Good morning! Welcome to Friday! Woohoo! What a week it has been—I don’t know about you, but for me, each week brings it’s own set of challenges and joys. This week has been full of both. It’s one of those weeks that makes me thankful for my Savior who relentlessly and faithfully loves me. I’m overall a pretty blessed girl.
On to Friday loves:
I went shopping there this week and was so reminded that I need to make it happen every week. I save so much money going there! Plus right after I went there I found this great list of the 10 Healthiest Items at Aldis. I do a lot of my staple shopping at Aldis, mine doesn’t have many organic products, but I feel like there are more and more healthy options there as well. They’re frozen fruit is dynamite!
I mentioned this in my Cereal That Won’t Leave You Starving post but I’m pretty into walnuts right now! They are so delicious and they are completely awesome for you! I had no idea. Yes, they are high in calories, but you are getting so many nutrients from them so just forget about the calories!
Oh it felt so good to go running yesterday! It had been way to long—a week plus ago. My new plan is to run, practice yoga, and strength train at least once per week. So three days a week of those varied activities and then everything else is bonus. But I’ve missed running and it makes me happy to run again.
