I normally shift, adjust, and change recipes a lot, but with this one the only thing I added was about 1/4 cup of sour cream when I added the cheese. This recipe was also “Picky-Eater Approved” by Nate.
The soup is thick and delicious and tastes, well, like a liquid enchilada! So delicious! The perfect way to mix up your Mexican food night. I’d highly recommend checking out this recipe!
