So I’m happy to report I had another good week at Weight Watchers! Down another 0.6 pounds and down 4.4 pounds total. Woot!
I feel like this week was harder overall than last week, but I’m not sure why. I was just kind of in an icky mood and had to find the urge to soothe with food all week long. Bleh. I think it’s this winter. I need me a sun lamp and a trip to Florida!
Last week’s workouts:
Wednesday: Strength workout
Friday: Strength workout/Volleyball
Saturday: Off (We were going to go out and do somthing fun/active, but our babysitter got sick and we had a blizzard so we cancelled it)
So only four workouts last week which I think contributed some to the lowered rate of progress on the scale. I want to get at least 30 minutes of activity 5 days this week, doing a combination of strength, HIIT, and run/walking workouts.
Trouble Spots this Week:
- Layla’s birthday!! Definitely she’s trouble, but in the best possible way!! I’m making cake and ice cream for her and I’ll make Nate take the leftovers to work!
Goals for this Week:
- Drink a gallon of water a day. Use my ball jar with straw lid to help me! I always drink more from a straw and using a quart jar makes the math simple.
- Earn 15 activity points. I miss being active. Even taking Layla up to our ministry center to play around and get moving. I can’t wait to resume our daily walks! I keep telling myself that in another month we will be so close to spring!
- Get back into morning Bible reading and evening workouts. I think this will help with my moodiness. I need my Jesus and coffee-time!
Thanks for reading, as always! I appreciate you joining me on this journey and letting me open up and be real about my struggles. Sometimes I think that because I’m a blogger I should have all the answers and be this workout and green juice drinking rockstar. But I’m not. Like you, I have a hard time drinking all my water, eating all my vegetables, saying no to cookies and getting off my butt. I’m definitely not perfect and don’t have all my stuff together.
I guess what I’m trying to say is thanks. Thanks for the support and encouragement–thanks for reading, relating and for letting this be a perfect-free zone!
