A few years ago I realized I was sensitive to dairy and since I have not enjoyed as much of its goodness as I would like, but along the way I have found a lot of delicious dairy-free options that I absolutely adore and one of them is So Delicious Frozen Treats!
So Delicious Dairy Free® has brought out some amazing new flavors made with almond milk, cashew milk, and coconut milk. You will be wowed with the flavor combinations, delicious chunks of chocolate, and certified vegan and dairy-free ingredients! You won’t miss the artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or high fructose corn syrup since So Delicious Frozen Treats are made without them and are even certified Kosher.
While I can vouch that these frozen treats are amazing straight from the carton with a spoon, you can also get creative and enjoy them in frozen desserts like these Salted Caramel Frozen Cupcakes. They are absolutely to die for and make great treats for a birthday party or just a sweet ending to your favorite meal.
- 1 cup pretzel crumbs, pulsed in a food processor (1 T reserved for garnish
- ⅓ cup butter
- 1 carton So Delicious Cashew Salted Caramel Cluster
- Fudge sauce
- Caramel topping
- Whipped topping
- Combine pulsed pretzels and melted butter until all the pretzel crumbs are coated. In muffin tin lined with cupcake liners distribute pretzel mixture evenly across cupcakes and press gently down to form a firm crust. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
- Allow carton of Cashew Salted Caramel Cluster to defrost for 5 minutes on counter. Carefully spread frozen treat evenly across the cupcakes. (It should take most of the whole carton.) Top with fudge sauce and freeze until ready to serve. Before serving remove from freezer and add a swirl of whipped topping, drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of pretzel crumbs to garnish.
If you aren’t into the salted caramel flavor (I’m crazy about it! #sorrynotsorry), you could also make this treat substituting Oreos for the pretzels, vanilla coconut milk flavor for the salted caramel cluster flavor, then top with just the fudge sauce and whipped topping. YUM! There are so many possibilities with these frozen treats!
I picked up the So Delicious Dairy Free® Frozen Treats in the freezer section of my local Wal-Mart. They have a plethora of phenomenal flavors…I’m working on trying all of them!
