Spring Workout Clothes

The weather this week is crazy fantastic (at least here in Michigan!) and has me itching for spring! At 35+ weeks pregnant I’m also yearning to workout unencumbered with a pregnant belly and extra fatigue, and so I found myself doing a little online browsing and found so many pretty things! Spring workout clothes will get you ready to move and celebrate the warmer weather, plus they are crazy cute! Here are some things I’m eyeing.

Spring Workout Clothes - Some super cute spring 2016 fitness clothes perfect for running, yoga, barre, and HIIT classes!

Eep! Let’s talk about these adorable Printed Tight Fit Capris (top left) from Calia by Carrie Underwood. I love the abstract floral pattern–all of her line at Dick’s Sporting Goods looks amazing. I’m dying to try some of the pieces! Another one that is totally gorgeous is this Dip Dyed Jersey Tunic (bottom middle).

Another drool-worthy brand is Lululemon. I’m currently coveting this Hooded Coral Rain Vest (bottom left) that would be absolutely perfect to layer with a tank or short sleeved top for a rainy spring run. I also would not cry if a pair of their speed shorts found their way into my closet! I love all the cute colors and patterns and they have great reviews!

For a casual walk, hike or yoga on a chilly day I would love to add this Victoria’s Secret Fly-away Back Pullover (top middle) to my closet. The back detail is an adorable detail and it looks so cozy for those chilly mornings, which can last well into May here in Michigan.

I think I’m the only person in the world who has not gotten on the Fabletics train. This affordable workout clothing line is available on a subscription basis and they come out with new styles in high quality materials on a monthly basis. I’m digging this coral and black combination (bottom right) for my return to running this spring!

athleta clothes

Athleta is another one of my fitness crush brands and I’m crazy about both of these outfits….I love the laid back look of the Downplay skirt and think it would be great for a day when I want to look put together, but still able to chase after my little one!  And the Fadeout Chaturanga Tights are a fun way to highlight your legs!

While I’m saving my cash for an expensive splurge item from one of the above brands I’m also shopping one of my favorite shopping sites, Thredup.com for gently used workout clothes. I scored a pair of one of my favorite workout shorts, Nike 2-in-1 Running shorts, along with an Active by Old Navy tank. I got both pieces for just under $20! My tip for shopping at Thredup is to sort by your size and desired style, then to only look at “Like New” or “New with Tag” items. Use this Thredup link to receive $10 to spend on your first purchase!

An additional spot I like to scour for deals on workout clothing is TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I especially like to look for yoga pants there. They generally have a good selection, albeit a season or two behind.

Another budget-friendly and cute option is to check out Active by Old Navy! So far I’ve been happy with the quality of the items for what I’ve paid. Right now this Go-Dry Graphic Tank is catching my eye (not available in all sizes). I also have some long sleeved quarter zip pullovers from there that I love!

  1. Love all your picks! You know I love my Fabletics, but TJ and Target are both great places to find inexpensive, quality gear. I’ve also heard a lot about Thredup! I have some pieces I should sell on there. I’ll have to look into it. Thanks for linking up!
