Today I am sharing 21 21 day fix approved dinner recipes because once you have what you’re eating for dinner figured out you can easily plan the rest of your healthy eats! I didn’t make EVERY one of these recipes (I’m far too boring for that–I tend to repeat a lot of meals) but these are some recipes I made, some I want to try still, and some that are similar to things I’ve prepared for us during the 21 Day Fix!
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers – 1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Blue
Turkey & Black Bean Chili – 1 Green, 1 Yellow, 1 Red
Beef Burritos – 1 Yellow, 1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Purple
Guacamole Turkey Burgers – 1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 tsp
Mandarin Chicken Salad – 1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Orange, 1/2 Blue
Best Chicken Marinade – 1 Red, 2 tsp
Loaded 21 Day Fix Pizza – 1 Yellow, 1 Red, 1/2 Blue, 1/2 Orange, 1/2 Green
Garlic Chicken in the Crockpot – 1 Red
Healthy Buffalo Turkey Burgers – 1 Red, 1/2 Blue
Greek Chicken Pita – 1 Green, 1 1/2 Yellow, 1/2 Red, 1/2 Blue
Baked Greek Yogurt Chicken – 1 Red, 1/2 Blue
Cheddar Burgers – 1 Red, 1/2 Blue (leave off the sauce)
Pesto Pasta Salad – 1 Yellow, 1/2 Green, 1/2 Red, 1/2 Blue, 2 tsp
Mini Meatloaves – 1 Red, 1/2 Yellow
Healthy Sloppy Joes – 1 Red, 1/2 Green, (Bun 2 Yellow)- omit brown sugar
Lemon Garlic Chicken Pasta – 1 Yellow, 1/2 Red, 1/4 Green, 2 tsp
Best Pulled Pork in the Crockpot – 1 Red, 2 tsp (omit honey)
Italian Tortellini Soup – 1 Yellow, 1 Green, 1 Blue
Easy Chicken Fajitas – 1 Green, 1 Red, 2 tsp (1 Yellow tortillas)
Balsamic Flank Steak – 1 Red, 1 Orange, 1 tsp
Vegetable Rice Soup – 1 Green, 1 Yellow
It’s hard to believe there are only a few more days until my first 21 Day Fix is complete! I’ve loved this challenge and the challenge group I completed it with! The workouts were intense, but thankfully over quickly! I’ll share a full review at the end of the fix next week, but by far the hardest thing was sticking to the clean eating guidelines. I didn’t eat perfectly, but I have definitely reset my habits and ate more fruits, veggies, and lean protein sources than before, not to mention cutting out desserts and other empty carbs.
