Favorite Healthy Breakfasts

Banana-Bread-Oatmeal

Pineapple Coconut Baked Oatmeal – A delicious and lighter brunch option!

Peach Green Smoothie – I love green smoothies for their energizing power and I love that I eat my veggies before lunch!

Southwest Egg Casserole  – I don’t cook eggs often, but this flavorful and veggie-filled casserole is the exception!

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie – Such a delicious way to start the day! Seriously, tastes like dessert!

Banana Bread Oatmeal  – This is so warm and comforting and filling!

Healthy Lunch Options

Berry Chicken Salad

Turkey and Black Bean Chili –  There is something so soothing about a good bowl of soup, right? You can make up a batch of chili on the weekend and save the leftovers for lunch. Great in a bowl, but awesome as a topping for a baked potato too!

Mandarin Chicken Salad – Love this simple salad, especially in the winter when citrus is in season!

Grilled Turkey and Mushroom Sandwich – Easy-peasy and delicious!

Berry Chicken Cashew Salad – Any kind of chicken will work well on this salad, but I especially like this Sweet Onion Shredded Chicken on it!

Healthy Sloppy Joes – A classic lunch food, made with REAL ingredients!

Favorite Healthy Dinners

Buffalo Chicken Bowls  – Top of the food chain right now in our family! This is crazy-delicious and so easy to make!

Italian Turkey Burgers– Love these light and flavorful turkey burgers!

Tacos using my DIY Taco Seasoning – You don’t have to say goodbye to tacos to eat healthy. Use lean ground turkey or beef, this DIY taco seasoning, fresh veggies, and whole wheat tortillas. YUM!

Marinated Chicken Breasts – This marinade is seriously the best ever! When it’s too cold to fire up the grill, these are great grilled up on a Forman grill (ours is an older version of this model, we love it SO MUCH) or cooked in a slow cooker for 4-6 hours on low.

Chicken Garlic Pesto Pizza – A great twist on a classic pizza with whole wheat, delicious garlic and chicken. I also love some red peppers on this pizza!

Awesome Healthy Snacks

Peanut Butter Bites

Peanut Butter Bites – These simple bites are made with dates, nuts and not much else! Easy + Healthy =Win-Win.

Chocolate Coconut Bites – A different way to create your own “larabar-like” snack! These remind me of an Almond Joy  bar!

Banana Zucchini Muffins – Sneaky fruits and veggies in these delicious muffins!
